Hi!

My name is Chris Ferraiolo and aside from being the creator of the Starbolts webcomic and the host of the comic review show, Comic Showcase, I am an amateur genealogist. I created a family tree on Ancestry.com back in 2006 and got back into genealogy in 2017.

Internet Resume

Early Community Moderator and Administrator years:

X-Men and comic book message boards (Comixtreme.com, X-Club, Avalon, Mutant Underground)

 * 1998-2002: Served as a moderator on Comixtreme.com and participated in multiple comic book-related communities. 

Early Pokémon Fan Site Administrator years:

* 1998-2003: Prussian Town Pokémon Network and Articunoisland.com. Helped manage and administer two pioneering Pokémon fan sites.

Custom Content Creator:

* 1998-2002: Created small icons of Marvel superheroes, created animated cursors of Marvel superheroes, Created Pokémon icons, Created Pokémon cursors, Created Marvel desktop themes and created original characters for the video game, "The Sims".

Moderator/Administrator Years:

 * 2001-2004: Moderated one of the major early Pokémon forums, ThePokémasters.net

* 2002-2007: Serebii.net and Bulbagarden forums/Bulbapedia.

I held moderation and administrative roles across major Pokémon fan sites that are still going strong. I served as a Wiki architect for Bulbapedia, contributing to one of the Internet's first Pokémon wikis. I wrote the original prose version of the Starbolts webcomic in the forums.

The Channel Awesome Years (2008-2018):

* Published the Starbolts webcomic in the blogs section and launched the Starbolt Productions website.

* Provided script feedback and editorial support for Film Brain and his Bad Movie Beatdown/Projector series. Guest starred in a few videos for Welshy and Sad Panda.

* Co-launched the Channel Awesome Wiki in 2008.

* Streamed "World of Warcraft" with MarzGurl, ChaosD1 and other users on early streaming platforms in 2009. 

 * 2010-2021: Moderated the official Facebook Group for Channel Awesome contributor The Last Angry Geek.

* 2011-2019: Hosted a comic review show on YouTube called "Comic Showcase" where I reviewed comics and incorporated sprite animation. Launched a DeviantArt  page for my webcomic.

Present Activities (2017-Present):

* 2017-Present: Became a project coordinator for the Italy Project and the Ambassadors Project on WikiTree.com. Focused on Italian genealogy and social media.

* 2019:  Launched the genealogy blog, All Roads Lead to Haverhill.
